"Inspiring the next generation of scientists"

about us

about us

Science

Science in the Bay was founded by Deepesh Aggarwal and Vikram Iyer. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of Scientists and help them learn Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. By using hands-on activities, Science for The Bay ensures that students understand the material rather than memorizing facts and information. We try and teach STEM information in a way that does not prioritize rote memorization, but rather through games that will enhance students' recall of information. Our classes hope to give a basic understanding of subjects so students can pursue the things that they find interesting at school or outside of school

Science in the Bay is an organization teaching kids of all grade and income levels topics ranging from Biology to Python programming. Science in the Bay differs from other mentor organizations, as we are focused to give kids who may not have enough resources for high education teaching and knowledge that would help them fulfill their goals in life. Our goal is to make sure that kids are not held back from learning because of financial struggles and are able to compete and learn information which would help them succeed.
